A Special Wish Foundation Northeast Ohio (NEO) Chapter is a non-profit organization dedicated to granting the wishes of local children between birth and 20 years of age who have been diagnosed with a life-threatening illness or disease. A Special Wish NEO children receive treatment at UH Rainbow Babies & Children’s, Cleveland Clinic Children’s, and Akron Children’s Hospitals.
